Slow It Down: The Journey Continues
Since sharing the beginning of this journey, our Slow It Down film has continued to unfold. What began as a project inspired by my original song, an invitation to calm the mind and return to the present moment, has grown into something more. Something truly magical. There are moments in a creative process when everything seems to align without force, as if the work is simply waiting for you to arrive.

A New Visual Project
Earlier this month we filmed a new visual work for my song “Slow It Down,” and I’m really excited about what’s beginning to take shape. The project centers on choreography created and performed by dancers Jakub Jakoubek and Emeline Rochefeuille, known together as J’Em.

A Night of Pure Inspiration: Andrea Bocelli’s Concert
A few nights ago, as the orchestra began and Andrea Bocelli stepped into the light, the entire place shifted. From his very first note, the space felt transformed.

Slow It Down – A New Release, Two Ways to Listen
I’m very happy to share my newest release, Slow It Down — a song that grew out of a simple intention: to pause, breathe, and return to a calmer inner pace.

I was excited to meet Bill Cantos in person at the Herb Alpert Show in Sarasota, FL
He is an amazing musician! I’ve been collaborating with him for months and I finally met him live in person!
A look back at 2024
2024 brought many gifts. With Alan Bergman’s recommendation, I collaborated with Bill Cantos and Mari Falcone on original music and several standards from the “Great American Songbook.”
I also studied voice with singer/songwriter Nicki Wells during the year. Writing quite a few original songs was an absolute joy, and I loved every moment of the creative process!
I am deeply grateful for this incredible creative opportunity and for the chance to work with such talented artists. A special thank you to Daniel Hendrick for helping me climb the ladder to access higher notes! Love and gratitude also go to my voice teacher, Nicki Wells, for her intuitive guidance, which helped me grow vocally and move toward a higher consciousness through mantras and meditation.
In the moment of deep creativity, you disappear. God again starts functioning.
